Legislative Policy Committee

None of the members of the Legislative Committee shall be officers or members of the Executive Board.  The Chairman of the Legislative Committee shall be designated by the President.  It shall be the duty of the Legislative Committee to review, update and possibly amend the Constitution based upon a referral from the Officers and Executive Board.  Any amendment(s) proposed by the Legislative Committee must be presented to the Officers and Executive Board.  The Officers and Executive Board, with a quorum present, must approve any amendment(s) to the Constitution and vote to send the proposed amendment(s) to the membership at the next Annual Meeting. All amendment(s) to the Constitution must be voted on in accordance with the Constitution.
