The New England Municipal Clerks Institute and Academy (NEMCI&A) is an intensive program of continuing professional education for those in attendance. While the academic aspects of the program are paramount, the NEMCI&A program's boasts more than 40 years success due to the holistic design of the experience.
NEMCI&A provides extra classes that may fall outside of the certification requirements but enrich our learning and personal growth. NEMCI&A students practice event planning, study personal finance, network with peers and celebrate.

Capt. Gregory T. Dalessio
LL DATA DESIGNS SCHOLARSHIP
Capt. Gregory T. Dalessio of Cherry Hill, N.J., was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Baumholder, Germany. He died serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom on June 23, 2008 in Baghdad of wounds sustained in Salman Pak, Iraq, when his patrol encountered small arms fire during combat operations.
Those who knew Greg Dalessio are quick to point out two traits in his life — his love for his family and his faith in God. Greg was the nephew of our instructor, Lisa Pagano. Lisa and her husband Lou, principles in LL Data Design, who generously donate scholarships to NEMCI&A in Greg’s memory.
